My name is Michael Paladino and I am Director of Technical Strategy at Rockfish Interactive headquartered in Rogers, AR.  I work with Rockfish clients to determine how to best take advantage of digital technologies to provide differentiated products. I have a background in software development allowing me to have a deep understanding of the technical issues involved with implementations of digital properties such as websites, mobile applications, and applications that integrate with social media.  I have a passion for staying current on trends in technology and social media that allow me to continue to provide innovative and cutting edge solutions as new trends emerge.

In January 2008, along with some other developers in the area, I helped start the Fort Smith .NET User Group.  The group has been a lot of fun and hopefully will help a lot of developers in the area get some exposure to some good .NET training.

Personal
