My name is Michael Paladino and I am a software developer at Rockfish Interactive headquartered in Rogers, AR.  I have approximately 8 years of experience developing web and desktop applications based on mostly Microsoft technologies.  At Rockfish I work with the talented design team and other developers to develop primarily websites built on ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC.

In January 2008, along with some other developers in the area, I helped start the Fort Smith .NET User Group.  The group has been a lot of fun and hopefully will help a lot of developers in the area get some exposure to some good .NET training.

Personal
